1970 Pontiac GTO

Description

This gto was purchased new by a family member and kept in the family since new. It is the original 455 with the TH 400 automatic, power brakes, power steering and air conditioning. The engine has minor oil leaks as expected. Engine code is YC 455 cid 360hp I verified on the block and build sheet. It has 86,180 original miles. The a/c does not work but is all there. The car has been repainted 1 time to the original color many years ago. It has a dent in the left rear quarter panel. Body is very clean and rust free. Has a few very small rust bubbles and the fiberglass nose has some cracks. The interior is in excellent condition. Runs and drives great. The car would make a great driver or restore it. Tires are showing dry rott from sitting. I have the build sheet and some receipts from general maintenance and repairs throughout the years. The car has been driven very little the past 10 year’s but is currently in running and driving condition. Recently replaced the battery, checked all fluids, and drained fuel tank and put in fresh fuel. I would not expect to drive the car across country due to the quality of the tires and the car has not been driven much in the past ten years.
